TheEditorz is an app for managing video-editing orders between clients/Outsourcers, Editors, and administrators. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information we handle: We handle information needed to create and manage your account, such as your name, email address, role, and profile details. When you use the app, we handle order details, requirements, deadlines, offers, assignments, messages, activity history, and payment or earnings records relevant to your work. If you choose to upload a profile image or other content, we handle that content. With your permission, we may use a device push token to send app notifications. We may also process technical information needed for login, security, and troubleshooting.

How we use it: We use this information to operate the app, manage orders and communications, show the information appropriate to your role, maintain payment and activity records, send requested notifications, provide support, and protect accounts and the service.

Who can see it: Information is available to authorized users according to their roles and involvement in an order. For example, an Editor’s payment information is not intended for the client, and client financial information is not intended for the Editor. Service providers that host or deliver app functions may process information on our behalf. We do not sell users’ personal information.

Storage and security: We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate order and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

Your choices: You can manage available profile and notification settings in the app. To ask about your information or request account/data deletion, contact theeditorz.support@gmail.com. We will review the request and explain if specific records must be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.
